Grace Bible Fellowship follows the model of leadership by a plurality of Elders. Elders oversee the life, teaching, and mission of Grace Bible Fellowship, and work to keep everything we do focused on our vision to be the church and reach the city.

Deacons function under the direction of the elders and serve the church by using their gifts to take care of various aspects of running the church.
